Come learn about the
Ohio Cultural Data Project

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Ohio Cultural Data Project (Ohio CDP), the first online management tool designed to strengthen arts and cultural organizations. This unique system will provide your organization with the tools necessary to analyze and benchmark your financial and organizational data. By participating in the Ohio CDP, you will be part of a successful and growing project that will allow the arts community as a whole to better articulate and provide evidence for the sector’s assets and needs, as well as its contributions to the state and the country. The system will enable you to run reports on your organization, which you can use as one part of the grant application process to partnering funders and to make your case to board members, potential donors, advocates and policy makers.

Learn more about the Ohio CDP at www.ohculturaldata.org.

Get the most from the Ohio CDP.
Attend a free training session.

These important training sessions will provide you with an overview of the history and goals of the Ohio CDP, as well as an introduction to the types of data collected. (Since this is not a hands-on session, you do not need to bring a laptop or your financial records.) Please feel free to attend these sessions with more than one representative of your organization, including your executive director, your finance manager/bookkeeper and your development director.

Refreshments will be served

Ohio Cultural Data Project

The Ohio Cultural Data Project is a powerful, online management tool designed to strengthen arts and cultural organizations. This unique system allows users to track their own financial and programmatic performance over time and to benchmark themselves against comparable organizations in specific disciplines, geographic regions and budget sizes. Through the Ohio CDP Help Desk, organizations have immediate access to free on-call technical assistance and a team of non-profit financial consultants. The Ohio CDP is available to large and small organizations, including those with 501(c)3 status, cultural programs within non-arts organizations, organizations using fiscal conduits, and even unincorporated collectives and festivals at no cost.

By participating in the Ohio CDP, you will be part of a successful and growing project that will allow the arts community as a whole to better articulate and provide evidence for the sector's assets and needs, as well as its contributions to the state and the country.
